9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

30-Day Refund Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund.

90-Day Store Credit Policy

After 30 days, eligible items may be returned for store credit only, up to 90 days from the purchase date. Store credit may be used toward a future purchase from Mississippi Miracle Clay.

No Returns or Refunds After 90 Days

We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide store credit after 90 days from the purchase date.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in acceptable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is excessively used, empty, damaged, altered, contaminated, or not reasonably eligible for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved by Mississippi Miracle Clay.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, promotional gifts, samples, heavily discounted clearance items, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit unless required by law.
