Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If anything is not right, reach out and we will do our best to help. Just contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will take it from there.

1. 30-Day Refund Policy

Changed your mind, or it is not quite the right fit? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. If that payment method is no longer available, we will reach out to arrange another way to get your refund to you.

2. 90-Day Store Credit Policy

Need a little more time? Between 30 and 90 days from your purchase, eligible items can be returned for store credit, which you can put toward anything you like from Mississippi Miracle Clay.

3. After 90 Days

After 90 days from the purchase date, we are no longer able to accept returns or offer a refund or store credit. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help through our Contact page.

4. Return Conditions

So we can keep things fair and safe for everyone, returned items should be in acceptable condition. We may not be able to accept a return if a product has been excessively used, emptied, damaged, altered, contaminated, or is otherwise not reasonably eligible for return.

Unless a return is due to our error or required by law, original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we have approved otherwise. If we got something wrong, we will make it right at no cost to you.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are sorry, and we will make it right. Contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review it and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

6. Final Sale Items

A few things cannot be returned, refunded, or credited unless required by law: gift cards, promotional gifts, samples, heavily discounted clearance items, and anything marked final sale.
