Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase a subscription product from Mississippi Miracle Clay.

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms and authorize Mississippi Miracle Clay and its subscription and payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency shown at checkout.

1. Automatic Renewal

Subscription products automatically renew at the frequency selected or shown at checkout unless you skip, pause, cancel, or otherwise modify your subscription before the next billing date. Your subscription will continue until canceled.

2. Recurring Charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for the subscription product, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other charges disclosed at checkout.

Prices, taxes, shipping rates, and product availability may change. If required, we will provide notice of material changes before they apply.

3. Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription through your customer account portal or by contacting us through our Contact page. Subscription changes must be completed before the next billing date to apply to the next scheduled order.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. If a subscription order has already processed, it may be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined, expired, or otherwise unavailable, we or our subscription and payment providers may attempt to process the payment again, contact you for updated payment information, or pause or cancel your subscription.

6. Product Availability

Subscription products are subject to availability. If a subscription product is unavailable, we may delay shipment, substitute a product only with your approval where required, or cancel and refund the affected order.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Your continued use of a subscription after changes are posted means you accept the updated Subscription Terms, unless otherwise required by law.
