Using Mississippi Miracle Clay

There are multiple methods of applying and using the clay.  Most commonly, apply a thin to medium coat of clay to the area.  Allow to dry and rinse off after desired time has passed.  Some conditions might require a poultice made with the clay.  This is an old-fashioned method of application.  Just apply the hydrated clay to the area and cover the area with a wet cloth.  Secure the cloth to the skin with ace bandage or plastic wrap. This method allows the clay to stay hydrated longer, therefore detoxifying and mineralizing the area for a longer period of time.

Face Masks

Apply a thin coat of clay over the face and neck area.  Allow to dry and rinse with cool water. The clay removes impurities, blackheads, shrinks pores, increases circulation, removes puffiness and dark under-eye circles.  After a few uses expect the skin to brighten, soften and tone.  Long-term continuous use ensures the skin stays mineralized and detoxified giving the skin a naturally radiant healthy glow.

Foot Soaks

Some people believe the feet can be a primary avenue for removing toxins from the body. Soaking the feet in the clay is detoxing, relaxing and helpful for painful feet.  Add the Powdered Clay to hot water and soak the feet.  Another method is to coat the feet with the hydrated clay, allow to dry completely and then soak the feet in hot water..

Clay Baths

The skin is the largest organ and a primary avenue for detoxification.  Add the Powdered Clay to hot bath water and soak for 20 minutes or longer. This will help to mineralize and assist in detoxification.  After soaking, do not use soap to wash.  Just blot dry with a towel and relax.  The remaining clay on the skin will continue to give benefits

Acne

Apply as a face mask once daily - either morning or night.  Allow to dry for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with cool water. Wash the face morning and night with the Mississippi Miracle Clay Mineral soap.  (For men, shave the face with the soap to keep irritating chemicals off the skin.)  Apply a spot treatment of the clay on the problem areas and leave on overnight.

Pain Relief

Used since the beginning of time as a pain reliever, this clay is effective for so many different conditions.  Apply to the problem area and allow to dry.  If needed, apply as a poultice. Keep on hand for insect bites, scrapes, and burns.

Animal Care

Animals love the clay!  Apply externally or give internally (on a treat) or mixed in water.

NOTE: Always use plastic or glass to mix the clay as metal renders the magnetic pull of the clay less effective.
